International delivery subject to country of residence, enter your delivery information at checkout to calculate shipping.

 

Our orders are sent to you via the ROYAL MAIL within the UK and via PARCELFORCE internationally (Please note any occurring customs and taxes must be paid by the customer). Orders sent within the UK should arrive between 3-5 business days after dispatch, except for outlying areas. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas. 

 

If you have any concerns over delivery timings please feel free to get in touch with us so that we can personally ensure your order gets to you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We cannot process orders to P.O. Box addresses. 

 

 

We will always try to dispatch your goods within one working day, assuming we have the item in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you and advise you of this and let you know how long it will take for us to make up your order. Returns

Zana Prints operates a full, 7 day Returns Policy. If you'd like a refund, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt, unused and post-paid, together with the details of your reason for return. We will refund the full value of the goods, using the same original payment method. Please note that the cost of the delivery cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.

 

 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage, which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately.

 

Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note that fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged package; goods not yet inspected" to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.
